The US at its worst at the Bali talks

It's high time for the European Union to stand up against the stubborn US Bali talks position. The Bush Administration trapped in a dead end road. Stubbornness doesn't pay! When we shall see the last of it?
This negative attitude taken by the Administration at the end of president Bush's mandate could be a chance to be availed of by the EU strengthened by the Lisbon Treaty outcome showing considerable improvement in terms of political maturity.
